Vanessa Chung

Vanessa is a young designer in the industry with a degree in architecture from the University of Technology, Sydney. Since returning to Singapore, she has spent five months learning the ropes from a Dutch architect based in Singapore, entering local competitions for public spaces, and international competitions developing design proposals for the conservation of Busan Tower in South Korea, as well as a Natural History Museum in Berlin. Vanessa also worked on an internal research project which tested paper folding techniques to create a flatpack shelter. She has since moved to PAC where she has been tasked to work on a boutique hotel along Stanley Street.
She hopes to gain experience and knowledge of creating functional spaces that can be informed by fields outside of architecture.
